All treatments are provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. All services are strictly professional, and any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
