At Thai Therapy Body & Mind, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide the best service to all clients and respect our therapists’ time, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy below.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time at no charge. Your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

 

 

Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice)

 

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will result in the loss of the deposit.

 

 

No-Shows

 

 

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in the loss of the deposit.
